Why do I have to submit my photo ID, and confirm my initial registration information?

We require that customers complete our verification process, including submitting an unexpired government-issued photo ID. We do this to ensure that our Rewards are awarded to those who properly adhere to our Terms and Conditions, including our household limitation and those who are not trying to receive Rewards fraudulently. 

We want to reward those who play by the rules, not those trying to game the system.
