What are the applicable deadlines for each step in the process to earn and claim a reward?

1. You must register on our website and complete the survey. 
2. You must complete the required number of Deals for the Reward you are working toward. 
   • You have sixty (60) days from the day you complete your first Deal to complete the rest of the Deals/Levels for the Reward you are working toward. 
3. Within ten (10) days of completing your required Deals, you must start the claims process.
   • Log into your Reward Status page and click on "Claim Reward."
4. You have thirty (30) days to complete the claims process once you have started it. 
   • You will be required to submit several documents during this process, including an unexpired government-issued photo ID and selfie.
   • From time to time, we will also request proof of address.
